Orders placed on business days by 5:00 PM (MT) are generally processed the same day when possible. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.

4. Processing Time

Our processing time is 1–2 business days. This includes order review, packing, and preparing your shipment for carrier pickup.

After processing, standard delivery is estimated at 5–7 business days (U.S.). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

6. Tracking

Tracking information is provided when available. Please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. LENSIZO LLC is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
